We require franchisees to adhere to the following points.

1. Install a name board in front of their facility at a place that is adequately visible from the main road. Display board/s     shall be adequately illuminated from inside. You do not need an office or shop. If you are operating franchises from     home, you do not need a display board.

2. All art work shall strictly adhere to the colour and font schemes of the site www.mangaliam.com.

3. Adequate equipment (Computer, Scanner, Digital Camera) and a high speed internet connection to upload data and     images to the site shall be maintained by the agent/franchise.

4. For their services, franchisee may charge a reasonable service charge from their clients.

5. Mangaliam.com will not be liable for any financial obligations that may arise from the use of display board/s.

6. Mangaliam.com is not liable for any financial dealings between the franchisee and their customers.

7. The franchisee will indemnify Mangaliam.com from any and all legal dispute/disputes or financial obligation arising from     the dealings with their clients.

8. The use of mangalim.com will be subject to your acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use of     Mangaliam.com as given on the website.
